How to Get Involved with DEAR for Dyslexia!

We’re asking for your help over the coming months, here’s how you can get involved:

  • Download our social graphics and use on your digital channels – or print out and stick on your wall.
  • Subscribe for more information on Go Red.
  • Show your support with a red logo – send us a link to your logo and our design elves will make it sparkle red. We’ll be sure to feature your logo on our website to publicise your support.
  • Encourage local buildings to Go Red. Once you know it is going red, let us know so we can publicise it.
  • Wear something red for the day. Strike your best pose and share via social media using the hashtag, #GoRedForDyslexia.
  • Speak to your local Dyslexia Association and encourage them to Go Red.

Together, we can create a world where dyslexics are understood and empowered.

We want to see the whole world Drop Everything and Read for Dyslexia this Spring – and we want you to do it in the way that works for you. This means celebrating each and every way that you get into books, including what, why, when and how – and we’d love to see the photos and videos of you making it all happen.

You can…

And although DEAR for Dyslexia isn’t just for schools, we still love to see schools and colleges taking part. If you’re an educator, we’d like to see these in our inbox and mentions…

🐢 Group or whole-class reading time
🐢 Reading with assistive tech
🐢 Individual stories of books that have inspired learners
🐢 Or simply what books have made your class tick!

We keep an eye on our social media and our inboxes daily, so if you’ve got anything to say or even if you can think of an amazing way to put reading first this Spring that we haven’t thought of, please get in touch – we’d love to hear from you.
